To date we have provided or are providing dental care to a number of recipients who are from families that could not pay for treatment themselves. They have ranged from a young person who was in jeopardy of completely losing all of her teeth and eliminating possible life threatening infections; to providing orthodontics to change facial features and eliminate medical problems from not being able to chew properly; to providing dental care to eliminate infections and saving teeth from unnecessarily being extracted. The overall effect has been to provide a higher quality of life and a renewed measure of self esteem.

Please note that we have been working with a Brookville and Aspinwall dentist, Dr. Michael Johnson, who has performed his procedures pro bono or at one-half of his normal charge. The Brookville oral surgeon, Dr. Ed Richards, with whom we have worked has done his procedures pro bono. A Clarion orthodontist, Dr. Brad Kendzior, with whom we are associated, is doing his procedures at one-half of his normal fee. A Brookville attorney, John Dennison, has done our legal work pro bono. A Brookville accountant, Mark McKinley, provided invaluable pro bono service for our 501(c) (3) filing with the IRS.Without their help Beautiful Smiles would have difficulty proceeding with its work.
